Engineering with Intent
Principal-led AWS platform engineering. I do the hands-on work myself and integrate directly with your team to design, build, and operate real-world production systems.
What I Build
Complete production systems—from backend services to infrastructure to operational control planes
Integrated Systems & Platform Applications
End-to-end production systems designed for scalability, observability, and operational control.

How I work: transparency, ownership, and systems built for handoff
Infrastructure as Code
Everything in Terraform from day one—versioned, tested, and documented
No Black Boxes
You see how everything works. No proprietary tools or hidden dependencies
Direct Ownership
You own your AWS account, code, and artifacts. Built for handoff, not dependency
Everything Documented
Architecture decisions, runbooks, and operational procedures—all written down
Security by Default
IAM, encryption, and compliance baked into every deployment from the start
One Engineer, End-to-End
Same person who designs your system builds it, documents it, and helps you run it
Engagement Models
Flexible options designed for ongoing engineering work
Ad-Hoc Hourly
Pay-as-you-go engineering for specific tasks, code reviews, or technical guidance. Ideal for smaller projects or one-off needs.
Monthly Retainers
10–30 hour monthly commitments for ongoing infrastructure work, CI/CD maintenance, and platform improvements. Predictable availability.
Incident & Escalation Support
Non-SLA escalation support for production incidents and infrastructure issues, provided on a best-effort basis for retainer clients.
Most engagements work best as hourly or retainer arrangements—platform work tends to be iterative, with evolving priorities and discovery along the way. For narrowly defined efforts, fixed-scope work may be appropriate after an initial scoping phase.
